A 37-year-old teacher at Federal Government Girls’ College, Onitsha is now Nigerian best secondary school teacher.
Rose Nkemdilim Obi who has been teaching Chemistry and Mathematics for the past 12 years when she had her first degree emerged as the best following her emergence as the overall winner of this year’s Maltina Teacher of the Year.
