Lawmaker wants restoration of funding to French Language Village

A lawmaker representing the Ajara,, Badagry, area in the Lagos State House Assembly, Setonji David, has called on the federal government to restore the funding of the school.
He added that it was regrettable that the school was delisted from accessing the TETFund since 2010 stressing that the language school was wrongly assessed as a monotechnic.
He added that the Federal Government should urgently correct the mistake by allowing the French Language School to access the TETFund like other higher institutions in the country.
Setonji further said that lack of fund has impacted negatively on the development and progress of the school, adding that the institution was equally facing ecological problems.
